Placid Pets & Rural Supplies sells pet food, treats, parasite treatments and rural feed for local delivery (Wed Toowoomba, Thu Lockyer Valley, Fri Esk/Somerset, 8am–2pm) and click & collect at Placid Hills (Tue–Fri 3–5pm). We only accept postcodes on our run list for home delivery; other areas may click & collect.
Prices are in AUD and include GST. Payment is taken securely by Stripe (Placid Connect) — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay/Klarna where offered by Stripe.
Subscribe orders save 8% on eligible lines. For now, each subscribe checkout is a paid first order; we then rebook your next drop manually. We text you before each delivery — reply to that message to skip or change. Automatic recurring billing may be added later; we will tell you before that changes.
Leave notes if bags should go to a shed or verandah. Title and risk pass when we deliver to your address or you collect. If nobody is home we may leave the order in a safe place you nominate, or bring it back for click & collect.
If an item is unavailable we will contact you before substituting or refunding that line.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refunds & returns page.
